In the North-west of Spain
I met two wolves, on the mountain pass
They were larger than myth, they scared me stiff
I rolled over three times and then I did find
That I was a werewolf not a traveling salesman no more
In the courtrooms of Allariz
The Spanish werewolf was tried
His identify crisis started when he was five
It's Galician tradition to burn all his clothes
If no wheel of St. Catherine is found in his mouth
Manuel Romasanta admitted thirteen crimes
But Manuel or Manuela was convicted of nine
The forensic evidence did show that the other four victims were killed by wolves!
